What customers say
Highly recommended campsite with spotless grounds, friendly owners, and ample pitches. Guests loved the modern facilities, though showers cost $1. Minor aircraft noise from Bristol Airport was noted but not disruptive. Peaceful and secure, it's great for stopovers or longer stays, with easy M5 access.

Powered gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Very clean site, flat and accessible. It was very secure and safe, with a lovely country setting.
Disliked The direct flight path from Bristol Airport, dangerous lanes to walk anywhere. Returned late soaking wet, needing ina shower, but didn’t have a £1 coin to operate shower.

From the manager: Thank you for your review.
Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the flight path and it is mentioned in our info as is the fact that you need £1 coins.
It is also on the arrival paperwork stating that they are available from me with my phone number.
I would usually reiterate this on your arrival but as my husband is in hospital I have been unable to personally greet all guests.
I am sorry you felt we were only worth a 3 star review.

Liked We stayed for 1 night on our way down to Cornwall. Lovely, quiet site. Great facilities, very clean. Short car ride away to Weston Super mare. The owner greeted us on arrival and was extremely pleasant and helpfull. Do no be out off by the site being near the airport the noise is not bad at all and is great fun watching the planes fly by. We will definitely be back next year!
