Excellent site to get away from it all
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked We all loved the peace and quiet, no internet was lovely! The children let off lots of steam running around, bug hunting and exploring. No light pollution at night let us watch the stars. The toilets were nice and clean with very clear instructions for those who hadn't used compost toilets before.
Disliked Only one small thing, the steps to the toilets were quite slippery when wet so maybe some anti slip of some kind on there.

Simple site, beautiful view.
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Amazing views, simple, peaceful.
Good communication from hosts.
Disliked Ground looked like it had been planted with a herbal ley. Great for the soil but coarse and prickly underfoot and to sit on. Bring a mat or chair and keep shoes on.

Beautiful spot
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Secluded, beautiful views, lovely wild flower and tree lines, walks near by, compost loos, minimal other campers, helpful friendly message from owners (exact coordinates meant not getting lost)
Disliked Ground tricky for pegs but not impossible! Lock fiddly and changed the code of by accident when it swung round (but managed to change it back!)

We left our campervan onside and went sight seeing in our car , no worries at all.
The owners and staff are extremely helpful and very friendly .
The campaite has very well maintained compost toilets and a water fed from st agnes spring.
Loads to explore, lovely walks in nature, this is our fave little secret camping spot for the family. This was our second visit and won't be the last
