Acacia Farm Campsite is a family run business situated in the rural Somerset village of Rooksbridge close to jct 22 M5 on the A38. The site is a 5 acre field which is mainly flat with hard standing and grass pitches with electric hook ups. There are two bathrooms each with a toilet and wash basin and shower in each that are situated by the main house a short walk from the camping area. There is also a washing up room with 2 sinks and a fridge freezer to use and information books and maps We have a large 8 acre field which you can walk and exercise your dog. Approx 400 yards down a quiet lane is the village pub and post office cider farm and Farm shop. To Hire 6 Berth touring caravan fully equipped with pots and pans crockery, cutlery larder fridge freezer, cooker with grill and oven, TV, bathroom with toilet and shower,handmade wooden table and chairs to sit out and have alfresco evenings around a fire pit. Wood Cabin sleeps 4 one room dwelling also fully equipped kitchen,log burner TV DVD dining table & chairs.Outside veranda with seating & handmade wooden furniture bbq & fire pit Moroccan Yurt Sleeps 4-6 Tipee Sleeps 4 is also on site for hire both fully kitted out with futons pots and pans crockery and cooking station bbq & fire pit with EHU Use of Campsite toilet & showers for Wood Cabin Yurt & Tipee. 6 berth Static 2 bedrooms sofa bed in lounge area toilet shower and kitchen and dining table and chairs fully equipped. All you need to bring is your bedding towels and personal belongings.

Route directions

Leave the M5 at Junction 22. Follow A38 towards Bristol Airport & Cheddar Gorge. Then follow signs for Rooksbridge,once over the motorway bridge and on entering Rooksbridge you pass a speed camera on your left,then a pub and Post Office,approx 400 yards on the left out of the 30 zone.Look for the pink road markings when they come to an end that's the turning also there is a E Type Bonnet with Swallows Jaguar at the entrance.If you enter into Tarnock then you have just missed us.
