What customers say
Spacious, peaceful site with great views, especially of Corfe Castle. Clean, basic facilities with good hot showers. Friendly owners, pitch choice, and excellent location for exploring. Hilly terrain and minor facility issues noted by some, but overall guests recommend and plan to return.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Unpretentious, basic campsite close to Corfe Castle. Great walking paths to Corfe Castle and Swanage (Old Harry's rocks a must see). Local Spar shop nearby for groceries. Bus stop outside campsite for buses running to Corfe Castle and to Swanage. Friendly owner.

Mediocre campsite, never anywhere close to a ten.
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Quiet
Responded to suggestions re lack of hooks and mirrors in showers, and to bolts being misaligned in the toilets
Disliked Never answered/returned my phone call on arrival
Showers mostly tepid
Grass in field too long on day of arrival, and still spiky once cut
Very sloping, very few flat pitches
Water tap near toilets not working
Road though site very bumpy, scraped the underside of my car
Nowhere for ladies to dry their hair with a dryer

Liked The booking process was so quick and easy. We booked the day before as we saw the weather was lovely. The campsite was beautiful, quiet but with character. Amazing views. We were allowed a raised fire pit which was lovely. Facilities are basic but clean and well stocked.
