Primitive grass campsite
Liked: Close location to Lyme Regis and Charmouth. Recommend Charmouth cheaper parking, nice heritage centre and good fossil hunting.
Campsite really clean facilities and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Field is split with wild uncut areas which gave everyone privacy and created nice secluded areas to camp away from each other.
Nice having picnic benches and choice where to pitch and not having fixed pitches.
Brilliant place and would recommend. Not for those wanting bar and entertainment but perfect for those who just want to enjoy nature, a fire and a glass of wine with plenty of room for the children to be children and enjoy playing outside.
Area is ona. Bit of a slope but pick your pitch and there are flat/flatter areas. We all slept well. Brilliant 🙂
