What customers say
Small, friendly site with lovely views & family vibe. Great for beaches/towns. Basic, clean eco-facilities (bucket showers). Some found ground rocky, pegs tough, wished for another toilet. Mostly great value, quiet & enjoyable.

Primitive grass and earth travel trailer campsite
Liked We loved staying at Newhaye Farm, with a gorgeous view and friendly atmosphere. The host was welcoming as was the dog who was full of life! The amenities suited us for what we needed, and the price was very fair. Great location for exploring Dorset!

Picturesque, friendly, peaceful and basic campsite. Will be returning!
Primitive grass and earth tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked We had a fantastic time at Newhaye Farm. Eona was lovely, and invited my children to see her horses (which they fell in love with), plus they loved her singular chicken which roamed around.
The campsite itself was perfectly calm and peaceful (apart from the motorbikes which zoomed past occasionally on the nearby road), and it was a great location to visit Lyme Regis, Seaton plus a lovely walk to Musbury Castle (which you can see from the campsite - just a hill rather than an actual castle, but the view was fantastic).
Disliked Toilet was basic (although not the worse campsite toilet we've had to use by any means). Could probably have done with another one if there were many more people on the site.
Ground was very flint, as mentioned by other people. Fortunately, we've encountered stony campsites before, so came equipped with heavy duty tent pegs, so no problem. However, probably good to check the ground where you pitch, as there were one or two sharp stones which ended up under the tent, and caused a bit of pain when walking or kneeling inside.

Primitive grass and earth travel trailer campsite
Liked Just back from a lovely 7 night stay. Stunning views and back to basics camping. Our little granddaughter loved her time here playing safely with the other children. We really couldn't ask for anymore as anything we enquired about was sorted.
Hopefully we'll be back in the future.
Disliked Make sure you take rock pegs. But we didn't find it a problem as we'd got a good hammer.
