Frome Whitfield Farm is a peaceful countryside site on a working farm about five minutes' walk from the shops, pubs, restaurants, museums, public gardens and cinemas of Dorset county's capital town, Dorchester. The site is around 20 minutes' drive from Ringstead Bay and an award-winning beach at Weymouth; the Jurassic Coast is also within easy reach, and there are tons of castles, gardens, nature reserves and other popular visitor attractions within a 30-mile radius of the farm. Among the site's amenities are a washing-up area and a washroom block with loos and hot showers. Barbecues are allowed, but if you fancy trying out the local cuisine you've got plenty of pub and restaurant options at nearby Dorchester as well as in Bockhampton (three miles), West Stafford (four miles) and Puddletown (five miles). There are also plenty of outdoor activities available in the immediate vicinity of the site including cycling, mountain biking, zorbing, golf, tennis, watersports and sailing.
