So nice. Great if you literally want to switch off.
Primitive cement/asphalt campervan campsite (maximum 6 metres)
Liked Tranquil. No signal. The birdsong and birds - bring binoculars as they flit in and out the trees. Private firepit area. Communal area if you wish. Pitches are so far apart and secluded - just what I needed. Nice walk 1.5 miles up the lane to The Union Inn for food, dog friendly.
Disliked The price for one night £32 was just about acceptable. Charging £5 for the dog on top I felt was a bit much.

Primitive forest floor tent campsite (six person)
Liked Lovely wild camping feel. The kids (4 and 6) had a great time. The campsite was easily accessible with our wagon. Very clean toilets. The kids loved the fire pit. I would definitely go again.

Primitive forest floor tent campsite (four person)
Liked We enjoyed our stay, and found the campsite well organised, clean, tidy and very peaceful. Thank you!
Disliked It is not a criticism, as we appreciate the site is still relatively new, but I suggest that it would be an improvement to more clearly separate the washing up area from the washing (toothbrushing sink). I used the washing up sink for toothbrushing, as there didn't appear to be anything dedicated.

The plot set up gave everyone…
Primitive cement/asphalt campervan campsite (maximum 6 metres)
Liked The plot set up gave everyone sufficient personal space and privacy, the toilets and wash facilities were well stocked and in good/clean condition. Lisa and John were super helpful and really kind to our 4 year old even giving her some fairy doors to paint for the trees.
Disliked Temperature of the showers was inconsistent and often ran from hot to cold but for an off grid system this is likely expected and wasn’t bad enough that it put me off.
