Add your business detailsEnjoying a level, parkland setting adjacent to the River Plym, Riverside Caravan Park is a friendly, family owned touring park convenient for all that Plymouth and south Devon has to offer. We welcome caravans, motorhomes and tents and also have convenient ferry pitches for those arriving late or leaving early.
Our attractive and reasonably priced bar, restaurant and takeaway is open at Easter and then from the end of May to September with entertainment in the high season. We also have a heated outdoor swimming pool (end of May to mid September) and a children's play park.
Reception (also with a shop area featuring essentials) is open 365 days a year and we take great pride in ensuring that our toilet and shower facilities are clean and well maintained.

Route directions
From the A38 (Devon) - Exit signposted Plymouth City Centre/Marsh Mills by Sainsburys. From the roundabout take the third exit signposted Plympton. Once past the retail park turn left into Longbridge Road. After approximately 300 metres turn right into Leigham Manor Drive. Follow this lane until you see our entrance on the right.
From the A38 (Cornwall) - Exit signposted Leigham/Parkway Industrial Estate. Take the third exit signposted Marsh Mills Retail Park onto Longbridge Road. Follow this road through the mini-roundabout with the BMW garage on your left and take the next left into Leigham Manor Drive. Follow this lane until you see our entrance on the right.
