What customers say
Glebe offers a peaceful moorland setting with friendly, helpful hosts. Well-kept, spacious pitches have good screening & hook-ups. Facilities are clean & functional, though some find them dated. Great for Dartmoor walks & nearby pubs. Limited Wi-Fi.

Great little site for those who like life on the quiet side.
Powered grass campsite
Liked Very friendly owner. Good sized pitch with electric hook up. Adequate showers, toilet block, dish washing station and drinking water tap within easy reach of all pitches. Wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Close to the Dartmoor Way - took a nice stroll up to Lake Viaduct. Really enjoyed the food at the nearby Bearslake Inn on the way back.
Disliked Nothing we disliked but there were some vans which appear to be residential so some might see it as a bit cliquey. We enjoyed the feeling of a very small ‘neighbourhood’ and were made to feel very welcome even though we were short term visitors. Little to no internet signal unless you walk up to the entrance which again, was not a problem for us. Who goes to Dartmoor to doom scroll?!

We are staying again soon!
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Super location for our cycling plans. We liked the low key vibe, how quiet it is, facilities which are clean and functional. The roaming hens were also an added extra!
Disliked We were on a break so WiFi was not a consideration to us. There was 4G at times.

Disliked Shower block smells mouldy with dubious black rubber matting; no charging facility for devices except for power socket in women's bathroom; wifi only on request
