- Quiet rural site on a working farm 10 minutes' drive from Honiton
- A 15-minute drive from Seaton, Sidmouth and the South West Coast Path
- Farm produce and tea room on site for homemade meals and takeaway food
Campground type
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
- Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
- The tearoom is open 8.30am to 6pm Wednesday to Monday, and is closed on Tuesday. The restaurant/bar is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 7pm to 10pm. Farm cider sales are possible at any time.

Liked: The neighbouring cows, the protective line of trees that sheltered us even on a blowy weekend, the freshly cooked food, proximity to coast and beautiful countryside. Thank you to our wonderful, friendly hosts who made us feel so welcome and were always chatting to someone and clearly loving their work.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike.
One could make it a fantastic site if there were more things to do for kids (eg a playground, ability to see some farm animals from closer etc. However, this sort of thing would require a lot of time and investment - tricky in current situation
