Wonderful reset in nature
Bell tent
Liked A truly wonderful campsite that has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway.
The pitches are spacious, well maintained, and surrounded by beautiful countryside, making it feel peaceful from the moment you arrive. The facilities are spotless, with excellent showers and toilets that are always kept clean. We stayed in one of the bell tents which had everything we could have needed and more than enough room for two adults two children and our dog. The bell tent had a solar charger which was great for keeping things charged up not that we used much technology at all! There was a separate shower and toilet for the bell tents which was great we never had to queue and was always very clean! Inside this shower/toilet there was also a plug so you could dry your hair and even use straighteners if needed.
Natasha is an exceptional host who goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. Her friendly approach really makes this campsite stand out. She was always on hand and Ady even brought us some more logs late at night so we could keep our fire going
There’s farm animals and plenty of open space for games, dog walks, and exploring the nearby woodland and stream. The kids certainly enjoyed meeting new friends and playing on the little park each day.
There are also lots of places to explore in surrounding areas by car we managed to visit Summerleaze beach at Bude, national trust - Lydford Gorge and also walked to the nearby town (which has little shops but some nice pubs for food etc)
One of our highlights was waking up to the incredible sunrise and enjoying the calm quiet atmosphere throughout our stay. It really was a wonderful reset for us where we could enjoy a slower pace of life
It's clear that a lot of care and thought has gone into creating such a special place.
We had an amazing time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly escape and genuine hospitality. We have already spoke of plans to return again thank you for our wonderful week ❤️

Powered grass campsite
Liked The facilities were great (showers were incredible), location was lovely with a great view. No noise from neighbours or the road. Plenty to do on site with the fields, woodlands, stream & animals. They even have a little park which the kids liked. Hosts were always around if needed (phone or in person), lovely place!
Disliked Nothing!! (Sad to leave, wish we were able to stay longer)
