What customers say
This peaceful, family-friendly campground has excellent, clean facilities and spacious sites, often by a stream. Guests love the natural play areas, hammocks, swings, and the relaxed, quiet vibe. It's a great base for exploring Dartmoor and local sights. While a few minor issues like warm showers and distant road noise were mentioned, most visitors found it to be great value and highly recommend it.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Excellent all round facility. Spotlessly clean, quite and peaceful, just what I needed after swimming 3k in three different Lido's over a 260 mile drive, with a 3.00am start. I was even lucky enough to hear a couple of Tawny owls calling out to each other, hadn't heard one for several years.
Disliked Nothing.

A family friendly safe campsite.
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked I was solo camping and felt very safe here. The facilities were incredibly clean and overall there was a really good vibe. There were hammocks which the children on site enjoyed a lot.
Disliked Would have liked a bit more clarity on check-in as it wasn't crystal clear where I was meant to pitch. Be aware there is limited phone signal on the camping ground.
