Primitive grass campsite
Liked Fabulous host with details down to where the sun is in the morning and evening on the pitches, pick out pitch.
Hot water was plentiful for washing up and showers, extremely clean facilities block. Great to have picnic benches, carefully maintained grass, and lovely friendly resident cat and chicken!
So convenient for a get away only 10 miles from home, explored by bike on the Blackdowns and would recommend Ashill pub3.5 miles away.
Great if you are travelling to Devon close to M5 junction 28, but in secluded wood surrounded area, peaceful

Primitive grass campsite
Liked We had a wonderful camping experience here! The site is very clean and well-maintained, especially the toilets and washrooms, which were always neat and tidy. It's a peaceful and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The campsite is also very family and kid-friendly — my son had a great time playing football and running around safely. The area felt secure, and we were able to enjoy our time without any worries. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others!
