Powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite
Liked Lovely, helpful hosts and the pitches are level and well maintained if a little on the small side. Good to have an allocated pitch.
Disliked The loos, showers and washing up are quite a walk. Site is exposed in high winds.

Level pitches, nice quiet small campsite with lovely staff.
Power optional grass campervan or tent campsite
Liked Location is great for walking to Mousehole and local coastal walks, lovely and quiet campsite. Darren & Linda were really friendly and easygoing. Regularly maintained facilities, basic but everything you need.
Disliked Distance to facilities as they were the other side of the football ground to the campsite.

Your website for this campsite is very misleading.
Powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite
Liked The people who ran the site were very helpful.
Disliked The toilet and shower facilities were not as expected. Despite visiting in April over Easter bank holiday only one shower was open for use for the whole site! We were aware we would have to share toilet and shower facilities with a local football club however when we arrived a game was on and toilets were out of bounds - for the price of the campsite which is high compared to elsewhere I would expect better and more facilities. Unfortunately we will not be returning and after speaking with others on the site found out that lots of people had either turned up and left after a few hours or not stayed their entire stay due to the facilities.

Great site with level pitches, nice…
Powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite
Liked Great site with level pitches, nice and quiet. Outlook was over the football pitch. Made to feel very welcome. Access to Mousehole was a lovely walk of about 10 minutes. Easy to access of the main road as they have a new entrance .
Disliked A bit of a walk to the shower which was over at the football club.

Reasonable site with great staff but let down with poor facilities.
Powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite
Liked Very friendly staff, good sized level pitches. Easy walking distance to local town and pub. Overall a pleasant stay.
Disliked Poor amenity facilities just let the site down so badly or it would have a top rating. Overpriced for the lack of decent facilities unfortunately, many much smaller cheaper sites have better facilities.

The site was basic and functional but lacked decent conveniences.
Powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite
Liked The pitches were well kept and amenities were all reasonably close. The site manager was friendly and helpful.
Disliked The shower block is shared with the local youth football team. It was never free of dirt and the showers in the gents were not separated at all (just one big area with multiple shower heads). The showers were at least hot and I was glad to be the only one showering each time I had to. The WiFi was good to start with but as more people turned up and when we were moved to the furthest pitch we lost all signal. Due to no fault of the site or manager, the main road in was closed, requiring a 12 mile detour to safely get on to site. We were not informed of this and whilst trying to circumnavigate the closed road, almost got completely stuck which would have required a recovery truck to pull us out. We were stuck on a hill and our wheel's were spinning on the tarmac ! It would have been nice to be forewarned about this.
