This simple grassy field is surrounded by scenic Sussex farmland and is directly opposite a pub and bus stop with direct services to the south coast. The pitches at Nymans Farm have access to temporary shower blocks and well-maintained toilets. This back to basics spot is very laidback, family-friendly and welcomes well-behaved dogs. The site is under a mile from the popular Downs Link path (roughly 10 minutes away on foot), a shared use route that you can walk or cycle along to explore the Surrey Hills, Low Weald as well as the coastal part of the South Downs National Park. For food, the pub opposite serves particularly well-reviewed pizza and a range of classic meals that you can tuck into in a relaxed beer garden, but you can also cater for yourself on site as barbecues are allowed. Firepits are also available to hire, with firewood bundles sold on site. For other amenities, simply head about a mile and a half to the south towards Henfield, a large village that's home to a leisure centre, food shops and a good range of restaurants and takeaways.
