What customers say
St. Andrews Lakes boasts a beautiful setting with ample activities, especially water sports. Well-equipped sites offer water, electricity, picnic tables, and fire pits. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Facilities like restrooms and showers are generally very clean and well-maintained. Some guests found activities and beach access pricey, with spotty Wi-Fi. Limited local amenities were also noted.

Excellant stay
FHU gravel RV campsite
Liked Out of season stay. Called to see if they would take our 7.4m MH. Due to season they accepted us. Staff helpful. Excellant clean facilities. Electricity and water on each pitch and quiet. Satellite TV reception and wifi good. Water sport activities, cafe, wellness centre available. Perfect for visits to Rochester and Chatham.

Lovely location great for a night or two away
FHU gravel RV campsite
Liked Love the location, within an hour's drive for us- super close to little Tesco's not far from local towns.
Lot to do on site for example cafe, water sports, shop.
We have stayed here before and wanted to return so this is our second visit.
Lake is pretty
Facilities are always super clean
Disliked Not really sure you can call it lake view as there is a hut blocking the view from the pitch.
Feel like the campsite part is a bit of an after thought, left a little bit untidy around the pitches especially around the ones that have been there for some time.
Long list of rules that are not adhered to- The site is not dog friendly so we have to arrange a sitter for ours when we want to come only to arrive and be greeted by an off the lead dog (great as we love dogs) but knowing we had to leave ours at home but others can bring theirs and have it running around off leash is disappointing there was also dog poo on our pitch that we had to clear before setting up.

FHU gravel RV campsite
Liked This is my second stay, such a lovely quiet place to spend the night, facilities are really nice and clean. No noise at all during the night, other campers are very respectful. Pitch is a good size and a really nice amount of space between campers. 100% recommended.

Fab late summer ‘sleepover’ and full moon paddle!
Hedge Row FHU gravel RV campsite
Liked I thoroughly enjoyed my full moon paddle, sleepover’ and following day paddle board jaunt! I have stayed at the campsite often and I go paddle boarding there even more often!!
The staff are always friendly, polite and very helpful! A visit here never fails to take me away from any outside stress! The shower was good - although only one for around ten pitches - thankfully, I’ve never had to wait. The toilets were clean. Each pitch has a solid camping table, cold water tap and fire pit! Fab!!!
Take note; unless planning to spend time on an onsite activity, there is nothing locally to do or visit unless prepared to drive - also no dogs allowed to camp 😢
Disliked Please stop raising the prices on activities and camping so radically - an example of this was this weekend when camping went from £25 per night to jump to £35?
Sadly, this increase will force me to reduce my visits….
