Basic camping showing its age

Liked Nice quiet site
Disliked The ramps to the toilets are literally 45°. They're in no way disabled access as too steep and dangerous if wet to anyone able bodied. The owners lit a bonfire at 9.30am of all the items the dust cart would take. Smelt like plastics or rubber. Not nice whilst eating breakfast outside.

Liked Kids park / beach only 15 mins away
Disliked After reading previous reviews I can personally confirm management did not walk around daily and speak with us.
We saw her on day one when booking in and when we were packing up and that’s it!
When we did try to go to the office on Sunday evening after 4pm she had already left for the day.
I can also confirm Saturday night toilet roll ran out in 3 toilet cubicles not one and a nice camper actually gave me some otherwise I’d have been stuck there.
I can also confirm noise levels were high after 10pm and the social club was very loud.
Pitches very small I’d even say a possible health and safety hazard due to spacing regulations not being followed like on other sites we’ve stayed.
Management even stated she had over booked and squeezed 3 lots of people and tents into 2 pitches. This caused them to over spill very close to us.
Shower was small and couple of the showers was so hot and the end shower was running cold so could not win

Liked Lovely takeaways around the area as well as good entertainment for children including a local market we visited apon our stay
Disliked The manager had spoken fine to my self but was then Rather rude when speaking to my partner when we asked to be placed along the side due to autistic children with us and young children he was told “absolutely not, I put caravans there” we accepted this and then set up our base camp, only find that the next day she put tents there anyway which was very over crowded and felt abit like sardines in a can, 2 pitches had 3 tents put init.
We never saw management other than on arrival and while leaving otherwise we never saw her threw out whole stay.
Management stated that the office was open until 6pm all day everyday but this was not the case as we tried to come to the office at 4:30pm and the office was locked and no manager in sight.
We requested a fire pit on arrival and if we didn’t speak to fell campers who was no longer using there’s we would have still be waiting as it never arrived.
Toilet rolls where not replaced at 9:30 as management stated as we have an autistic child who is potty trained and by 7/8pm most nights there was no tolilet roll, even when visiting at 7/8am there was still no toilet rolls.
First toilet in the girls bathroom had a hole in which anyone could watch you threw as well as being on the small side with no toilet for disabled people if needed, ramp was very steep leading up to the toilets which children struggled with.
Pitches was very small and close together and would have been a health and safety issue.
Park that was shown on pitch up is not what we got as a few items where no longer there and had clearly been removed
Pitch up also said was a laundromat on side which was also untrue, no form of shopping facilities on site, thank god for the local budgets that saved our holiday.
