What customers say
A spacious, peaceful site with freedom to pick your spot. Praised for friendly staff, clean facilities, and hot showers. On-site cafe is a plus. Some mention aircraft noise and basic amenities in spots. Great for families and relaxed, back-to-basics camping.

Pond field primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Large open space, relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in Pond Field which feels very remote/wild, just a toilet block and cold water, which is exactly what we were looking for. Field was well kept and tidy. Very good access to local walks and pubs.

Farm Field primitive grass campervan campsite
Liked The ladies, Sarah and Julie (sorry if wrong) who greeted us were friendly and welcoming. Informative about our stay and amenities. Chatted with them both a couple of times during our stay and they came to our rescue with the loan of a chair!
Showers were amazing , super hot and never a queue.
Toilets plentiful and kept clean throughout our stay, im sure julie cleans them every hour or so..
We will definitely be back.. loved the old farm vehicles throughout their site too

Entrance to the pond-site is easy to miss.
Woodland trail is a bit overlooked, needs some trimming and a bit of repair so children can enjoy it.
