What customers say
This peaceful, rural Kent campsite gets rave reviews for its friendly owners, good value, and clean facilities. Kids love the woodland play area. Note the narrow access roads and some limited amenities during busy periods. Overall, highly recommended for ferry/tunnel access!

Perfect getaway
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Lovely place. We are for the second time here. The fact that is not a very wide pitch creates a more intimate atmosphere. Good facilities with shower, toilets and 2 sinks to wash your dishes. As well they have a fridge in case you need to put something in it.
The host is always very kind. They had ice cream, and I the kids were delighted.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Nice medium size field, not too far to the facilities.
Facilities itself very good as well, two kitchen sinks, two toilets and a shower. Some outside taps too. Little kids play area with loads of toys.
Hosts amazing as well. We experienced some quite loud music after 10pm coming from other side of the hedge and host has dealt with it without being prompted. Very pleased , thank you.

A really nice simple quiet place…
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked A really nice simple quiet place to camp, lots of birds and wildlife around, beautiful morning chorus, laid back and lots of space. I used it as a stop off en route to France on my motorbike as it’s only 20/25mins from the ferry port. Even closer to Le shuttle. Just what I needed. 👌
Disliked Nothing to dislike.
