Eastland Meadows Country Park

Adults Only Park. There are some wonderful places to explore in the quiet corners of the Blackwater. Maldon is only 25 minutes away from Eastland Meadows and is the home of all things maritime. The Chapel of St Peters on the Wall is worth a visit 20 minutes pleasant walk away, originally the site of an old Roman fort, which is now looked after by the Othona community. The Bradwell and Dengie Marshes hold a pletoora of flora and forna and are a good opportunity to experience the peace and tranquility of the area. You will be spoilt for choce with an excellent variety of local cuisine in the surrounding area. Bradwell Marina is well worth a visit too. We also sell luxury caravans and log cabins, complete with patio, and parking bay to enable you to enjoy and savour the delights of the natural countryside park. Eastland Meadows Country Park really is one of the most relaxing country holiday parks available.

Route directions

Take the Maldon A414 turn off on the A12, if coming from London turn right at the top of the slip road. If coming from Colchester turn left at the top of the slip road, and take the B1018 to Latchingdon, then bear left at the mini roundabout onto Bradwell-on-Sea, through Mayland, Steeple, St Lawrence and on to Bradwell-on-Sea. On reaching Bradwell follow the road for about 1 1/4 miles and look for a small garage on the right hand side, turn right at the garage, follow this road into the village, you will come to a sharp corner at the Kings Head Pub, you will go round a small hair pin bend, where you will immediately see St Thomas Church, turn right here down East End Road - follow this road directly to Eastland Meadows Country Park.
