What customers say
Calder Farm: Peaceful, well-kept site with great Pendle Hill views. Spacious spots, clean facilities (warm showers/toilets), and friendly owners. Easy walk to a village pub; good for walks/cycling. Pods are comfy. Most guests love it, though some noted minor shower pressure/noise issues, which managers are addressing.

Really good site, nice and quiet. Great views.
Acorn Pod camping pod
Liked Clean, spacious, homely, great location, really enjoyable stay. Underfloor heating, peaceful.
Disliked No oven in pod but understand if unable to have this in a wooden pod.
We also noticed a lot of acorns on the floor and around the pod itself these are actually poisonous to dogs, I know it can’t be helped what trees grow in the area we just thought it would be good to mention for others staying with dogs.

Great place to stay.
Oak camping pod
Liked The pod was lovely. Everything we needed including lots of USB sockets. View was amazing. Great base for exploring
Disliked The water in the shower was barely lukewarm. Had to contact owner and they reset the water flow to make it hot, owner suggested we use camping shower block, which seemed a bit odd. Would be nice if pod and seating area were completely enclosed. We couldn't let dog out as area wasn't secure. Few more shelves in pod would be handy
