What customers say
This small, adults-only spot gets high marks for being spotless, peaceful, and having super-friendly owners, Jane and Walter. Guests loved the clean, level sites and spotless facilities. While some noted weak Wi-Fi/cell service and a lack of RV grey water and dishwashing stations, most loved it and want to come back.

Liked A Hidden Gem of a Touring Park!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this wonderful little touring park. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with friendly smiles and a genuinely warm atmosphere. The pitches are spacious, level, and beautifully maintained, offering plenty of privacy without losing that cosy campsite feel.
The facilities are spotless — clearly cleaned regularly — and everything is thoughtfully laid out. It’s obvious that the owners care deeply about keeping things in top condition.
What really sets this park apart is the peaceful environment and how clean the park really is. Perfect location if you’re wanting to head into Blackpool or surrounding areas.
The owners deserve a special mention Jane & Walter. They’re so helpful and friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure their guests have a great stay. Nothing is too much hassle! Thank you so much!
We loved every minute of our visit and can’t wait to return. A brilliantly run touring park and truly a credit to its owners — highly recommended! If I could rate this more than 10 stars I absolutely would!!

Power optional cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Very nice and quiet adults only site with up to 10 vans. Everything on the site is kept as near as a pin. Good size paved pitches with grass and planting between pitches.
Disliked Nothing really to dislike.
Other reviews state the phone reception is poor but we had no problem hot spotting from our EE phones including streaming programs.
Others have said one ladies shower and one men’s shower is not enough but as it is between 10 people at worst it was not a problem.
