The Villa Caravan park and Fishery is a quiet and relaxing park located in North Lancashire. It is close to Morecambe Bay and the quiet costal areas of Arnside and Silverdale are just a short drive away. You can literally cast a line from your door into any of the four interconnecting lakes that hold an excellent head of mixed course fish including specimen carp to 30lbs, making The Villa an ideall fishermans retreat. The villa makes a great base for touring the local area or slightly further a field to the Southern Lake District, Yorkshire Dales or Morecambe Bay whilst the keen angler amongst you whiles away the day at the waterside. In the evening you can slip across the road and enjoy the first class facilities such as the indoor pool, gym and steam room or Watersedge Restaurant at the South Lakeland leisure Village. We are always busy at The Villa so please do book ahead.

Route directions

Exit the M6 Motorway at Junction 35 (Carnforth). Take the A6 North signed Milnthorpe and Kendal. Stay on the A6 for approximately 1/4 of a mile. At the first roundabout take the 3rd. The entarnce to the Villa is on the left a few yards past the entrance to teh South Lakeland Leisure Village.
