What customers say
This small, peaceful, and immaculately clean farm site gets high marks for its friendly owner. Spacious pitches with tables and benches. Enjoy the rural setting, canal walks, and nearby Barnoldswick. Basic but clean facilities. Some noted factory noise & a narrow approach road. Many want to return.

Excellent site, friendly owner, clean facilities
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Really lovely site, welcomed by the owner on arrival and shown to our pitch. Really handy leaflet given on arrival with details of local walks into town and along the canal and all local amenities. Facilities all well maintained and clean and cleaned through out our stay. For the size of the site I was initially concerned 1 toilet for each sex and a single shower would not be enough but in reality it was never a problem. Likewise there was only one washing up sink but again never had to wait very long to use it. Great location to relax, go for a stroll and some nice places to go for a bite to eat or coffee. Will definitely be back.
Disliked Only slight negative is the absence of a cold water tap in the toilet, so nowhere to brush your teeth! We managed but it would have been a helpful addition. Doesn’t detract from our positive experience though!!

Liked Absolutely lovely site. Peaceful, rural and all the basics provided in a very straightforward way. Champion site manger who was very accommodating to us being new to campervanning, landing in the wrong pitch, and managing to wash away the lid of our Elsan cassette. She went above and beyond in helping us to retrieve it and we are very grateful (and apologies, again :-)). Will definitely visit again and highly recommend.

Liked A beautiful site in a great location. It’s a small site, really quiet with great facilities that were immaculate. It’s a working farm so the kids loved seeing the calves and the llamas/alpacas. The walk down the canal towpath was lovely and we ate a restaurant recommended by the owner in the information leaflet. Great communication from the owner who was friendly and very welcoming.
I would definitely recommend this site just wish we had booked more than night and stayed longer.

Liked Lovely setting and staff seemed nice,. facilities were clean.
Seems really pet friendly and farm animals were lovely to see
Disliked Facilities were minimal, extra toilets and showers would be beneficial also shower should be included within the stay and not on a £1 meter
