What customers say
Highly-rated, peaceful, tidy site. Margaret is a welcoming owner. Clean facilities with hot showers. Convenient for motorway & Lake District. Limited dog walking & no washing-up sinks noted, but overwhelmingly positive. Ideal for quiet, relaxing stays. Many would return.

Excellent site with clean facilities.
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely quiet site, very clean and well maintained. Facilities were basic but decent. In an ideal location for accessing numerous walks around the lakes. Very close to the A66 so easy to find but well hidden by its surroundings. Would highly recommend.

A great location that with some updating would be excellent.

Liked Location and views across the Moray Firth.
Disliked The showers and toilet facilities are tired, with no heating. It doesn’t help that people were going into them with dirty boots and leaving their crap all over the floor. Appreciate this is not an issue caused by the site but the facilities need updating and enlarging in my view.

The local pub (The Clickham Inn) is also very good with an excellent and unusual tapas menu.
