What customers say
Gill Head Farm boasts a lovely, well-kept campground with amazing fell views. Guests rave about clean, modern facilities (showers, restrooms, fridge, freezer, kettle). The family-friendly vibe, playground, and farm animals are a hit. It's a great base for attractions and hikes, with friendly staff. Mostly quiet, though some road noise occurs.

This was my first camping/glamping experience!…
Camping pod (no pets)
Liked This was my first camping/glamping experience! I was a bit nervous because I don’t like dirt! But the pods were immaculately clean and the communal toilets and showers smelt and looked spotless too.
We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed a fire pit toasting marshmallows and cooking our sausages. The children had a ball playing together and spotting the peahens and peacocks.
Thank you for making it so special. I will visit again.
