What customers say
This is a beautifully maintained, peaceful campsite with spacious sites and lovely views. Visitors consistently praise the welcoming and helpful hosts, particularly Alex. Facilities are described as very clean. While some noted the limited number of restrooms and showers, this was not an issue for many, especially during quieter periods. The site is well-located for walks and visiting nearby pubs and attractions. It's recommended for those seeking a quiet, well-presented getaway.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked We had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here last week. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the campsite was beautifully planned out. Each pitch was spacious and separated by lovely flowers and plants, which gave plenty of privacy. The whole site was clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again in the future.

Fantastic campsite
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked We had fantastic trip. The site is really beautifully designed and has been made with great care and attention, with fantastic hosts. Each pitch has plenty of room. There is plenty to do in the local area with lovely towns like Tarporley, activities like Wild Shore Delamere, and a great local Pub called the Yew Tree.
Disliked We knew in advance that there was only one toilet and shower for the whole site, so not a criticism, but it is something to be mindful of. There are more plans to make more in the future, which would really enhance an already great site.
