Peaceful well provided site
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked The location was peaceful and beautiful views, enjoyed sitting up late chilling out.
The showers and toilets were excellent, and situated all around the site to cater for all.
Ok you have to pay via a meter for your electric hook up,but it's pennies, and you are provided with water hook up and plenty of chemical waste disposal points.
We only stayed for one night on our way home, but would liked to have stayed longer.
Disliked Nothing !

Pretty site with fabulous views
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Welltrough Hall Farm is a pretty site with fabulous views. The loos and showers were clean and tidy. The communication with Nick was excellent. The 3km dog walk was amazing.
Disliked Unfortunately, there was dog mess near our pitch that my wife stepped in. Not the sites fault I know. The site is adults only and as a result it looked like many dog owners had their dogs off lead.

Nice site , let down by pitch allocation
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Location ,,toilet and shower blocks clean and tidy with music .
Disliked Pitch allocation not great , find an empty spot was ok first night but no empty spot second night . What we did find was not good on a slope . Probable best to allocate so we don’t get campers using the wrong location

From the manager: Thank you for your review,i don't reserve pitches as im not always on site at ensure guests go where they should, tried years ago and was a nightmare
Will not be back again. Because of Wendy house showers .
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Good pitch size ,good views, very quite .
Disliked Shower shed was tiny . I am over 6 ft tall weight, 13 stone , and can cycle 6o miles a day no problem. So fairly fit and I could hardly turn around in the shower . Had to get really close to the shower screen or my arse hit the control valve and turned it off . Howay man, l have 34" waist . When l was drying off my back, my knuckles were hitting opposing walls . It's like a blinking Wendy house .

Good location
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Great view, adequate and clean facilities, mown dog walk, great food pub in a close by location with a signposted footpath.
Disliked Very slopy pitch, we used all our levelling blocks and still our fridge wouldn't work and we lost all our chilled food.

From the manager: Thank you for your very disappointing review, obviously the site is on a hill hence the fantastic views,if you asked me i have extra large ramps for guests if needed
Well thought out and quiet site on beautiful farmland.
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Quiet, beautifully maintained and spotless facilities.
Perfect for a stopover.
The mown dog walk around the perimeter of the farm is an example of how well thought out the site is. Very much appreciated at the end of a long drive.
We would definitely use again.
