What customers say
This well-kept, quiet campground boasts spacious, level sites with lovely country views. Guests rave about the friendly, helpful staff, the great on-site restaurant/bar, and charming farm animals. Facilities, though being updated, are clean and sufficient. Perfect for exploring. Some noise from other campers and basic restrooms were minor points.

Disliked Messy, lacking cleanliness and poorly maintained, poorly organised and expensive for the very poor services which lacked some very basic touring site necessities.

Liked The site was absolutely lovely and had e writhing you could need. We had a mix of younger and older children and our family Dog with us and we stayed 3 days. The facilities were all as described as well as clean and easy to use. The owner was absolutely lovely and super helpful showing us around and lending us a longer electrical hook up lead as ours was too short. The sheep, chickens and ducks were a hot with our younger child. As well as all the others on site who loved going to see and feed them. The food, where to start it is nothing at all like we expected! Think expensive luxury restaurant quality food at a very reasonable price and you would still not expect what you will receive here as it is absolutely gorgeous. This is as advertised, more than just a campsite and it is definitely a site to visit again and again. The views and surrounding landscape is amazing and it is a great location to be able to go explore more of the area. We will definitely be visiting again.
