- Dogs welcome; pubs and River Deben beach within walking distance

- The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Guests under the age of 25 are not allowed on site.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
- No gas barbecues allowed.
- If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Liked Lovely open site with trees and bushes positioned to provide secluded pitches if desired. Nice toilets and showers. 20 minute walk to Waldringfield harbour and pub. Waterfront is beautiful and the pub was excellent!

Liked A lovely quiet place to stay with large pitch, dog friendly. Toilets and showers very clean. Bin area very well organised and neat.
Lots of different pitches available, from large tourers to small tents. All the people were very friendly.

Liked This has been the best campsite I have ever stayed on ,we stayed 5 nights in a perfect wildlife location,we had no close neighbours throughout our stay ,the toilet, shower and washing up areas were absolutely brilliant they all spotlessly clean and new looking,those facilities were never busy .Will definitely be coming back to this site.
Disliked The weather but obviously that not in control by the campsite owners
