Liked Lovely quiet site with plenty of space between pitches. Fantastic wildflower meadows full of bees and butterflys. Great place to stay if you want to visit Cambridge without breaking the bank.

Great site with very helpful owner where nothing was too much trouble.
Powered grass travel trailer campsite
Liked The site is ideal if you like peace and quiet, perfect for that secluded break . Loads of wildlife in a perfect natural setting. Great dog walks along the riverbank, flat and safe and virtually no limit on distance . This site would not be for everyone due to its seclusion but perfect for us . Great local Chinese/fish&chip shop .
Disliked There is nothing to dislike if you are organised.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Simplicity, peace and quiet and the lily pond. One portable loo but was spotless. The owner was so welcoming to. Defo would book again.
Disliked We knew there was no shower facility there (it clearly states on info page) so that's the only downside if I had to pick something.

Peaceful & well looked after
Powered grass travel trailer campsite
Liked We only stayed for 1 night to test out our new campervan, but could happily have stayed longer to explore the surroundings. The site was perfect for what we needed; plenty of room, only one other campervan on the site, electric hook up & water point, and a clean portaloo.
Unfortunately there is no longer a pub on the marina, & the pub in the village doesn't do food. BUT, there is a Chinese/fish & chips takeaway who will happily deliver to the campsite. Problem solved.
The owners were wonderful people & so incredibly helpful & amenable. We will definitely revisit & next time for longer to enjoy the nature, walks & wildlife.
Disliked No negatives about the site.
