What customers say
This spacious, 'wild camping' style spot has tons of pitches, from orchards to riverside. Guests love the on-site brewery, great wood-fired pizzas, live music, and friendly staff for a chill vibe. Amenities include compost toilets/sinks, with showers near the brewery. A few mentioned occasional toilet cleanliness and hot water issues.

Teme-side primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Stayed at this location for the Food & Fuel Hill Climb event on 21st September 2025. I honestly have hardly anything bad to say about this site. Beautiful location, freedom of choosing your own spot, and most importantly: the onsite brewery!
Nothing better than arriving at the campsite, and going for a freshly brewed cold pint with your mates (or partner). With a pizza shack built into the brewery and live music, this is hard to beat!
Disliked Porta-loos are never anyone’s first choice for immediate toilets, but this is negated by the toilets at the brewery which are excellent!
During rainy days the path to the main camping spot (and getting up onto the camping spot) can be like a slip and slide with the mud, but again doesn’t ruin the site at all.

Primitive grass RV campsite
Liked Everything was fantastic, spacious site, wild swimming, lovely atmosphere, great pub, great food, dog friendly, loads of toilets, very clean and fresh.
Disliked No hard standing pitches, because it’s all soft grass we can only go when the weather has been dry which is a shame as this is a site we would love to visit more frequently.

Really enjoyed our stay and loved the bar and love music
Teme-side primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked The field was spacious (with three fields to choose from) so plenty of space to set up without being too close to others. Live music was really fun and prices of food and drink are reasonable and taste good too.
Disliked The men’s toilets (other than the ports potty’s) only had one cubicle which lead to lines and people mocking on door while you are in there pretty often, but facilities were clean.

Teme-side primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked A lovely location that felt secluded enough to feel peaceful and off grid but enough going on close by to be sociable if you so wished. Really friendly and helpful owners. Great facilities.

Teme-side primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Amazing lake for fishing, caught every 5 minutes. Plenty of porta loos/water/sinks to cover a huge area. River was great fun too, location beautiful. Shame power cut so bar/pizza not available so will return to sample the well known stone baked pizza in future.
