Liked: Considering its extensive size, this was an extremely peaceful site. The level pitch was perfect and the amenities are top notch. Being joined by a family of swans and their signets at breakfast was lovely, though not sure the dog agreed.
We walked both directions along the river. Stourport on Severn was in easy reach with wide footpaths. To Bewdley to path is narrow and overgrown for about the first mile, but opens up after that. We loved Bewdley, especially the Brewery tap.

Liked: Fabulous location , 20 mins walk next to river into stourport. Hour and half walk into Bewdley. Really well looked after site with great facilities. Stayed on Riverside pitch with electric and took advantage of 3 nights for price of 2 when visiting in week. Toilets and Showers immaculate. Picnic benches are available and so great to have these in your pitch. Couple of play areas for children. Have visited for many years.
Disliked: Felt units were pitched behind each other were a little closer than in previous years.
Not a major issue but felt they should be pitched further apart for more privacy.

From the manager: Dear Julie,
Thank you for leaving a review. It is lovely to see that you have been visiting us for so many years. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon. The pitch locations are the same as they have always been with no change. The pitches are a generous 10 meters by 10 meters. Hard to say why you felt they were closer this time.
Look forward to seeing you again.
kind regards

Liked: The whole place was so clean and the park was brilliant for the kids. Staff were helpful and the dog mess bins were cleaned regularly.
Disliked: Nothing, maybe the water could have a little fence around but nothing major

From the manager: Dear Anonymous,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It’s nice to read that you enjoyed the park and its amenities and that the staff were helpful and attentive. The lakes are left in has natural state as we can, fencing would spoil the outlook and the access for people to enjoy the wildlife. We just ask people to be mindful around them as you would around any lake or expanse of water.
Look forward to seeing you again soon.
Kind regards

Wouldn't go again at bank holiday
Not the peace and quiet that we like
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: Dear Anonymous,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is nice to see you thought our park was clean and tidy.
It seems that people enjoying themselves and being a little noisy was not to your taste. Any caravan and camping site is going to be very busy over a Bank Holiday, especially the Spring Bank holiday. To believe that you would get peace and quiet during such a time is naïve. It is also upsetting that you gave us such a low score for your poor judgement of when to book and stay. Has you have said “Wouldn’t go again on Bank Holiday” is good advice to take. We are sure readers of this review will understand.
Kind regards
Team Lickhill
