What customers say
Primarily a stopover, this site earns praise for its convenient motorway access and quiet, secure atmosphere. The on-site bar and friendly staff are highlights. However, many reviewers noted basic, poorly maintained restrooms lacking hot water and cleanliness, with some deeming it overpriced for the minimal amenities.

Won’t stay again - the second night was better as no events on.
Primitive gravel and cement/asphalt RV campsite
Liked Field for my dog to have a little walk on in the morning and late evening.
Disliked I arrived on a Saturday, they had an event on sadly but well allowed.
There were lots of children running circles around the cars and vans.
The club was very busy, toilet was filthy too.
Did not explore the showers after seeing the toilet.

An expensive parking space but good access to town.
Primitive gravel and cement/asphalt RV campsite
Liked Great place to park for walking access to the town. Fairly level parking.
Disliked No showers, water not easily accessible, dangerous entry system of keys, padlocks and ladders needed to move/open the height barrier before reaching the small car park.
Overpriced at £20 - should be £5 a night, £10 at a real push

Primitive gravel and cement/asphalt RV campsite
Liked We use it as a stopover between Southampton and Yorkshire.and like the option of arriving quite late, which enables us to avoid heavy traffic on south end of A34.
Disliked In the night we stayed there was some vandalism on a large Marquee on the site. Although we didn't see or hear anything it was unnerving that this could have occurred so near to where we were pitching.
