- Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

- Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Bookings must not be for more than 7 consecutive nights.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

We know the showers are small, there was only one shower in each when we took over Teds two seasons ago and we managed to refurb the shower block to get two showers in. Hopefully we will be able to expand on this in the future..... watch this space

The peacocks have their own timetable that did not fit well with me but it is their home.
Just an observation, the shower/ toilet area is not readily accessible to those with mobility issues, a ramp would improve that. Also although the showers were good, the cubicles are very small. I cannot imagine trying to wash a small child in there without needing to open the door. There is capacity to make one of them slightly larger. The site was very popular with families of young children on the day I visited.
Disliked The arrival arrangements need to be changed. It is already under consideration. The information tells new arrivals to book in at the shop which is incorrect. The expectation is that you ask for help at the barrier but this is not obvious as there is no signage.

and we managed to refurb the shower block to get two showers in. Hopefully we will be able to expand on this in the future. Regarding the signage for check in, as we spoke about the other day, this is already under consideration. Glad that overall you had a pleasant experience, hope to see you again. Liz, Dave and Erica

Liked Lovely campsite with clean facilities and lots of space for the little ones to explore. The staff were friendly and the unexpected shop on site was really well stocked …. Regretted bringing any food with us! Great base to explore the local area.

great rural site, quiet and well kept

Liked Lovely site which we have stayed at before. great welcome from the hosts who let us fill up with water on one of the unused hardstanding pitches. very well kept site and the facilities were spotless. the farm shop is great and welcome addition with a large selection of food and drink and pastries in the morning. Some great walks around the area , we walked up to the golf club for a drink. new owners have done an amazing job in improving the site and we will definitely be back.
