This spacious campsite boasts a superb riverside location, an easy walk to Shrewsbury town center. Staff are friendly & helpful. Visitors love the relaxed atmosphere & good value, with many returning. Modern facilities are great; some older ones are dated. A convenient, peaceful base for exploring Shrewsbury.

Liked Plenty of space to park/set up, well maintained site, facilities are basic but clean and just what you need. Found out there is an onsite bar which we will visit next time. Attended the car boot sale sunday which was great! Short walk into Shrewsbury for bars/pubs/restaurants

Liked Extremely convenient for Shrewsbury centre. Lovely walk along the River Severn. Great site for all ages. Very friendly staff and efficient way of directing you to your pitch. Lots of water stands available. Pitches nice and flat.
Disliked Only negative comment is that the toilet facilities really need upgrading.

Overall OK stay but let down by toilets/showers. Cost a bit high.

Liked Great location, walking distance into the town. Staff friendly and very helpful. Clubhouse on site was open on the Friday.
Disliked There was a festival on so the site was busy which meant queues for the showers ( and only 2 of the 4 locked)

Liked This is the first time at this site. Wonderful, helpful, accommodating staff. Loved bar decor. Very relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and return there myself
