Primitive grass campsite
Liked We stayed in our our vw campervan for 2 nights. The facilities were perfect for our needs a new block with 4 cubicles housing a toilet/shower/sink these were always clean during our visit. We were onsite mid week and there were not lots of other campers on site at the same time. Easy walk/cycle or Uber into Shrewsbury. We also had an Uber fish and chip delivery the site we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked The old toilet block is not so good but serves a purpose, with would not put me off as the new shower facility is great.
It’s a perfect spot to enjoy Shrewsbury

Liked Loved the ease of the place. The friendliness of the staff . The room for the dog to enjoy too.close to Shrewsbury town.
Disliked Toilet block could do with a freshen up but the toilet/shower block is lovely and kept spotlessly clean. Nothing to dislike. Suited us to the ground.
Friendly site warden, basic, but clean facilities, will use again.

Pitch was as booked - on grass with hook up.

Disliked Toilets (Gents) were ok but in need of an update.
No structure for getting others not to park too close.
We had a young lad park right next to us with his extra large caravan and pick up.
