- The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Facilities/activities including fishing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.
- The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different households.
- The café is open Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. It may also open on other days, depending on how busy the site is.

Liked The site was lovely and clean so was the facilities on site. Pitches were nice and big and every accessible. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely walk around there 8 fishing lakes that was lovely. Would definitely recommend this site even if you don't fish.

Liked Immaculate site, sotless toilets, everything supplied, friendly owners, quite peacefull location
Disliked Confusing check in, there is 2 old barely ledgible signs to *call phone No on arrival", no pick up just went to answer phone. out of the corner of my eye I saw a ring door bell on a post, called that and they came straight over....
No Wifi- only POD 6 is detectable at that end of field, asked for that password but was given the code for the other wifi that doesnt work up there...BTW 1 bar phone signal with EE.
I requested to be near the toilets I got the 2nd furthest away, which is a problem when you have IBS

Disliked Traffic noise. Only 2 toilets. Intermittent hot water. Showers a bit tired. Wasn't told wifi code (forgot to ask).
