Liked Loved the way you drive straight to your pitch, no waiting about to check in, Lesley the owner came for a chat to make sure everything was ok, the pitches are a really good size & well kept, toilet & showers were clean & tidy, we really enjoyed the peace & quiet & our daily visit from the cows on the next field, lovely pub next door & the river Trent over the road for nice walks with the dogs, will definitely be returning.

Liked Everything. Very friendly helpful owners. The site is secure and in an ideal location for walking in the countryside and with easy access to the city whether in a car or on the bus. The fields are flat and drain quickly after rain. Services were clean and well stocked throughout the day. Dog friendly pubs close by and along the beautiful river walks to the next villages.

Liked Loved this campsite, showers and toilet blocks where perfect, clean.
Pot sink was spacious and clean.
Our pitch was at the top of the field facing all the cows and the sun rise in the was unreal! We also ran out of battery and lesley helped us with a jump-start from one of her workers. Honestly can't wait to come back.
The little coffee shop on the corner as you enter was gorgeous. We brought our dog for his first camping trip and there is a great walk along the river where you can give them a good run. Also the unicorn pub is dog friendly so we ate in there food was great.
