What customers say
Families love this park for its funfair, soft play, and arcades. Staff are great, and pitches are spacious. Some report close tents. Facilities get mixed reviews: clean for some, dated/smelly/crowded for others. Food is good, but funfair costs extra.

Good overall stay, just feel let down by unfair rule enforcement
Primitive grass campsite
Liked • Easily Accessible
• Great Location near a town
• Good size site
• Brilliant Amenity’s , fun fair and food vendors on site
• Suitable for Budget Friendly travel or all kinds of groups
Disliked • Facilities had a distinct smell of urine on the outside but not the inside (assume this is the waste disposal) - probably would only affect the users of the hard standing caravan pitches as they are nearest
• We were told the site was under a fire ban as advised by the government, yet we saw multiple groups with open fires , we raised this with the owner , and no apology offered for unfairness

Great site with lots of entertainment…
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Great site with lots of entertainment over the weekend we were there - live music, films, arcades, inflatable slide/ softplay and rides (chargeable)
Toilets were clean and always stocked up with toilet roll. Washing up area was clean and tidy with hot water (sign posting of the area would help)
The staff were very nice and the site was clean and well managed.
Affordable and generous pitch size and good options for multiple tents per pitch for those who prefer individual tents/space without being penalised like other campsites - this is definitely a unique selling point for this site and a reason alone to book here.
Alcoholic slushes were a great and a nice addition on the hot days!

Will definitely return
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Everything. Loads to do. Owners were very hands on and super friendly. Food and drink prices very reasonable. Lots of guests seem to return which speaks volumes.
Disliked Would have been nice to have some extra Bins on the camping field as bins quite far away.

Good site, could be amazing with a few tweaks
FHU grass campsite
Liked Nice large area, small bar was great, fun fair was a great edition
Disliked 3 showers for the amount of people this weekend was crazy! When I arrived there was a line of 8 people. Must have been 200+ meaning it would take 16 hours for each person to have a 5 minute shower (dressing time)
Some of the Staff could have been a bit friendlier (all polite) just no typical welcoming hospitality ( other then the lady on outside bar who was lovely on the Sunday night) , had to go searching for reception.

Nice enough site but not if you don’t have children.
Powered grass campsite
Liked Nice site - not a fan of the fair but accept it would be nice for children - although expensive.
Lovely pizzas on site and nice to have a bar to purchase drinks from.
Disliked Dog mess not picked up on grass - saw a litter picker but he didn’t pick up either.
Only two toilets per sex and one disabled - not enough for the size of the site. Same with showers - only 3.

Great overal but smell was unbearable and pitch location was not great
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked On site fun fair, rides,
Park and shop within 5 mins drive.
Good facilities.
Reasonable priced
Disliked Check in, not great sign up but no-one there had to ring for advice.
Facilities could be a bit cleaner and toilets reeked all throughout the day.
If booking hardstanding please note its on main road into site so no where for kids to play
