From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed our location and service, but very sorry to hear about the condition of the toilets. Our facilities are cleaned and checked regularly throughout the day. We always ask our guests to report any immediate cleanliness issues to our team on-site so we can clean them up straight away. We will look into this immediately to ensure our high standards are maintained.

Liked Our little girl loved the play area. Site was clean and tidy and owner was lovely. Placed us close to the play area so we could see our daughter from our pitch. Food in the pub looked really nice. Swimming pool looked fun and kids loved it.
Disliked Music went on abit late (11.30pm) but it was a Sunday on a bank holiday weekend. You have to pay for the showers. Didn't realise until 10pm and didn't have any change on me.

From the manager: Thank you for the wonderful 10/10 review! We are so glad we could pitch you close to the play area so you could relax while keeping an eye on your daughter. Bank holiday weekends are always a bit livelier and we often have live music, and we appreciate your understanding with the evening atmosphere. We do offer cash back at the bar for anyone who does not have cash or change for the showers. We do notify guests of the charge for the shower within our Pitchup details. We can't wait to welcome your family back for another visit soon!
