A very nice site with potential to be perfect.

Liked The site is small and peaceful in a very quiet part of Lincolnshire well positioned for touring Lincolnshire highlights.
The site is brand new the facilities block is finished to a high spec and was kept clean throughout the day. Had a big field for exercising the dog. No kids in summer hols is a big plus.
Disliked The showers in the ladies did not drain very well.
The square pitches surrounded by grass might catch out heavier vehicles when the ground is wet and boggy.

Excellent site with large, level pitches and lovely facilities.

Liked I'd like to say it was awful so that people don't book and we can always get a pitch, but I can't lie, it's a fabulous site. It's newly opened with level, spacious hardstanding pitches and spotless, modern toilet and shower facilities - the £1 charge for the shower gives 7 minutes of hot water which is more than adequate and very reasonable given what we consider to be low pitch fees. The site has lots of newly planted trees so will continue to get better over the years and the red telephone book exchange was a lovely bonus (apologies for the duplicated book!) The site is ideally located to explore lots of areas but is located in a quiet rural area. We intended to fish but due to the weather and consequent low water levels we chose not to. We ordered takeaway a couple of times and there's lots of companies that deliver, for those evenings when you don't want to cook. The dog wash was a lovely bonus and while we didn't need it this visit, it'll be perfect for those rainy days and muddy paws. The owners are both very friendly and the site was spotless. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent new site for adults only.

Liked Newness, how clean the site was. Ease of checking in process. Closeness to towns. Quiet and peace.
Disliked No assigned pitches meant we lost our pitch after we went out for the day. No big deal as only ever 3 or 4 other couples there.
