This campsite provides a peaceful, basic wild camping experience with ample space and beautiful country views. Guests loved the friendly owners and clean portable toilets. Despite limited facilities (one water point) and occasional farm mess, most found it great value for a relaxing, natural escape.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked I liked the helpful and friendliness shown by the owner Carol. I was directed to pitch my tent anywhere in one of the fields provided. This farm provided very basic wild camping with big wide open fields. I also liked that it was very peaceful and quite. The only facilities on the farm are Porta toilets and a few minutes drive away water point. The field I stayed on was mainly sloped but there was also many flat areas on it that I found.
Disliked I would have preferred a pot washing facility but it wasn't a problem to was pots at my tent.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Absolubtly loved this place... Genuine peace and quiet perfect for our little one night R&R. Lovely views across the countryside and plenty or space to set up camp... Portaloo spotless... Deffinatly be back :)
Disliked Not really a dislike as we like the hands off approach...but didnt see or hear from owners, small print said to just park anywhere but just felt a little bit naughty... maybe a email before with directions and reassurance to just rock up would put visitors at ease... Thats just being picky place is lovely!
