What customers say
This clean, friendly site boasts a great pub with excellent food. Staff are praised as welcoming and helpful, with generally flat, well-kept pitches. While peaceful and beautiful, some noted pitches are close. Initial hot water, toilet paper, and bin issues were resolved. A few noted noise and less frequent facility cleaning.

Clean, tidy and well kept site.
Powered grass and gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Tidy, well kept site. The pub staff were friendly and helpful. The food was also good. The shower cubicles were very spacious, but see below.
Disliked The Pitchup site states WiFi but doesn’t mention that it’s for the Glamping Pods only. The pub has free wifi. Although the shower cubicles are large, the Portacabins they are housed in are small and cold. The site is better in colder seasons for caravans and RVS with their own facilities rather than campers. I’m not sure what was meant by by the gates being locked at night to keep undesirables out!
