Bell tent
Liked: I had the most wonderful weekend glamping at Ryeford Ponds. I stayed in one of the bell tents and was immediately blown away by the beautiful location and the secluded nature of the site. There is so much outdoors space, the tents are so well prepared, clean and comfortable and the facilities were amazing. Aldona was such a lovely host who ensured I was comfortable and had everything I required, and the camping kitchen would have provided the rest had I forgotten it. This was a truly magical site and Aldona & Ed really have thought of everything. I have recommended it to so many people already and I can't wait to return.
Disliked: Nothing!

From the manager: Hi!!! so lovely to read your feedback - MASSIVE THANKS for taking time to let us know you've had a good stay at Ryeford Ponds. Means so much to us! Thank you for noticing the little things we put so much effort into... like the kitchen or "unspoiltness" of the valley. It is just how WE like it and i love hearing others enjoying their time here too. It is all about the fabulous great outdoors - but with added comfort of good bed, spacious tent, decent bathroom, great cooking facilities for proper alfresco dining and enjoying the nature around us.... stargazing, campfires, morning birdsong... great to hear people appreciate it! And the biggest compliment to us is to hear guests would love to come back.
Thanks very much for all your kind words!
Aldona

We try to make everyone welcome in this neck of the woods and absolutely loved meeting you and your daughter. My personal aim is to make everyone's stay as pleasant as possible so they can relax and make some great memories here, sitting under the tree, roasting marshmallows, singing in a hammock or exploring Herefordshire, forest of Dean or Wye valley...... To hear you loved the campsite and had a good stay makes it all worthwhile. THANK YOU!

Primitive forest floor tent campsite
Liked: Picturesque campsite set amongst nature, our pitch was alongside a pond and we were able to have privacy as well as in earshot of facilities such as toilet, washing up and shower. The site owners were only a call away and kids enjoyed themselves. Would return here in future. Many thanks to site owners for their hospitality and kindness.
