A perfect base
Primitive grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Loved the location it is next to a busy train line however the passing trains did not affect us in the least. The site is rural and set in a well maintained area. Quirky little restroom very well kept and meticulously clean. No showers but that wasn't a problem It has its own little signal box which was such a cute addition.
The Gentleman who welcomed us onto site was very friendly and informative
Pity it was just a stop over as we were travelling home from Cornwall back to Yorkshire...definitely a perfect half way stop.
Thankyou for your hospitality

Gorgeous site
Primitive grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Huge spaces, and only five in a big field. No showers, just a toilet, but weirdly that made it feel extra special and only self sufficient campers or people doing short one nighters. Perfect location for The Wave as about 30th away. Dawn and Kerry were fabulous hosts.

Primitive grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Very well kept space, with large pitches. Used it as an overnight stop and it was perfect. Only had one toilet but loved the train signal on the top which lit up when in use. Several trains passed but we enjoyed watching them.
