A clean, well-kept park with large sites. Guests rave about the pool, spa, and cafe. Great for outdoor types, with direct forest/bike access. Family-friendly fun, though can get loud at peak times. Staff are consistently praised.

Lovely place and would definitely return.
Powered gravel and cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Everything really, clean, nice pool and sauna, staff were friendly, I’d definitely go there again.
Disliked Entertainment was £20 per person - would’ve been £100 for us. Bar that there isn’t much to do on the evening especially for the kids.
No arcades etc for kids.

From the manager: Hello, Thank you for your feedback! However, we do not charge for our evening entertainment. Unless it was the tribute night on the Friday which is adults only and includes a two-course meal. Our entertainment for holidays guests is on a Saturday night which is completely free or every night during the school holidays.

Lovely camp would definitely return.
Powered gravel and cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Large pitch, camp surroundings and grounds were beautiful, lots to do if you want to spend extra money, did not go swimming but heard it was a lovely warm pool. Restaurant food was extremely good. Toilet and shower blocks very good and clean. A fair size shop. Ice cream cabin and an excellent coffee shop. Would definitely come back.
Disliked Not a dislike but more of a warning to others, Friday night and Saturday nights can be very loud, people outside their caravans and motorhomes talking and shouting loudly at 11.30/12.00 at night having no regard for others trying at sleep. Not the camp’s fault just inconsiderate humans. Be prepared for the sheep that wander around late at night bleating from the Forest of Dean.
Also had no network for my phone as the Forest blocked it.
