Excellent stop over on our journey to the South West.
Powered grass campsite
Liked A great campsite with nice isolated pitches. Some for individual vans, and other for 2 vans. Excellent shower block layout, although the water temperature of the showers was a bit on the hot side and there was no adjustment. The George is a lovely pub adjacent to the site with friendly staff.

A good welcome and our pitch was excellent. Thank you.
Disliked Slight bit of noise from fellow campers until the early hours of Sunday morning- suggest a time limit guidance of 11.00 for latest noise.

From the manager: Thank you for your review.
Just wanted to add for future guests, we have rules which are on your welcome sheet and one of them is noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm, this has always been in place and if unacceptable noise is reported to the warden this will be dealt with straight away. If there is something the guests are not happy with they must always speak with the warden as soon as possible.
We will definitely stay again .
