What customers say
A serene, eco-friendly spot with large pitches & great views. Praised for friendly staff, farm shop, and woodland trails. Basic but clean facilities, including compost toilets & woodland showers. Ground can be hard; shower temps varied. Ideal for nature lovers, though campervan area less scenic. Late check-in & signage need work.

Liked Great space, beautiful views, peace and quiet. Everyone was friendly and everything seemed well looked after.
Disliked When it got busier the washing up area got quite congested - perhaps consider more sinks?

Excellent site, clean, basic, lovely
Green Field primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Abbey Home Farm is everything I want out of a camp site. It truly takes you back to basics. The site is also incredibly clean, completely secure with a gated entrance that only guests have the code for. As an added bonus, 5 minutes walk away is the Farm Shop where you can purchase fresh meat from the animals feared on site, fruit and veg, and a wide selection of packetless refil options for cereal, seeds, nuts, and more. We didn't try the cafe but it looked delightful. I will absolutely be staying here again.
Disliked The only elements I would want to warn people of is the A429 being so close you hear a lot of traffic (especially if the ground is wet) and the fact that the area as a whole is on a domestic flight path (we didn't mind this as the whole point of our stay was to go to the air show but it may be something others would wish to consider. It's not just Abbey Home Farm affected by this, it is the whole area)

A fantastic stay..
Sweet Hill yurt (Private restroom amenities, no electricity)
Liked Private site
Spacious yurt
Good amenities
Great host
Disliked Would have preferred having an option to make yurt completely dark as it had a window in the roof meant it was very light for children who went to bed earlier than usual.

A perfect simple, back to nature, relaxing stay - highly recommended
Green Field primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Wonderful rolling views of the countryside, ideal for travelling the Cotswolds. Park anywhere pitches. Eco-friendly off-grid campsite with compostable toilets and shower cabins in the woods. A real back to nature feel with lovely walks, a short stroll to the organic farm shop and cafe with lots of tasty treats and a bit of healing therapy with the sound gong and prayer flags, also a fabulous carved totem pole! Lovely cool fresh water from the bore hole and a washing up area. Everything needed for a quiet, relaxing break. Walkable to Cirenecester, about 40 minutes away - a lovely town!
Also, the Fairford air show was on when we stayed and we had a wonderful view of some the the aerial displays which was a great added bonus.
Disliked Due to the heat the toilets can get a bit whiffy but not a problem as they're away from the main camping area.

Green Field primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Liked the farm shop, and the view, and that we were one of 4 tents only, very close to Cirencester town, so cheap!
Disliked Toilet/shower situation, no hot water in showers, bbq’s not allowed because of how dry grass was although can’t be helped :(
